Who We Are
Aromè Ltd ("we", "our", "us") is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We operate the Aromè restaurant and online ordering platform under the brand Aromè · King of Steaks.

What Data We Collect
We collect personal data that you provide to us directly, as well as data collected automatically when you use our services.

We never collect
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. All card transactions are processed securely by our certified payment provider.

Our technology provider-FlowPOS
- We use Tech1 Solutions Ltd, trading as FlowPOS, to provide our website, point-of-sale system, online ordering, collection, delivery and related technology services.
- FlowPOS may process personal information on our behalf, including your name, telephone number, email address, delivery or collection address, order details, vehicle registration for curbside collection, payment method and transaction status, and any order instructions you provide.
- We decide what information is collected, why it is required and how long it is retained. FlowPOS processes this information on our instructions to operate and support the services we use.
- Card payments are processed by our payment provider, such as Stripe. FlowPOS does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code, although it may receive limited payment information such as the transaction amount, payment status, payment reference and refund status.
- Where a Merchant accepts free-text allergy instructions, its own notice should also explain that the instruction may reveal health information, identify the Merchant’s Article 6 lawful basis and Article 9 condition, and describe the Merchant’s retention and access controls. FlowPOS cannot select those legal grounds on the Merchant’s behalf.

Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted third parties strictly for the purpose of providing our services:
- Payment processors — to securely handle card transactions.
- Delivery partners — to fulfil delivery orders to your address.
- Technology providers — cloud hosting, email, and analytics services.
- Legal authorities — where required by law or court order.
All third parties are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the specified purpose.
