Orders, payment, refunds, and delivery.

Payment
Prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT. We accept cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay online and in-store. Cash is in-store only.

Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel within 5 minutes before we start cooking for a full refund.
- Once cooking starts, we generally cannot cancel.
- Wrong, missing or poor-quality items: refund or replace.
- Event deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the date.

Delivery
Times at checkout are estimates. Someone must be in to receive the order. We are not liable for delays caused by a wrong address.
